RECORDING WORK SCHEDULE IS MADE EASY LIKE A BREEZE.
Too many work schedule apps are so tedious to use. Users have to select the day, month, year, start time, end time, name of the task, task memo, etc., just to record one entry of work. Making changes is not easy either. Users have to go in to each specific task to make the adjustments. By the time, its done, The coffee is already cold. Doing it day in and day out is just unbearable.
This app is here to make a difference. First of all, the home page shows a monthly calendar where you get an overview of your work schedule: a green dot by the day means that day has eight hours of work scheduled, a red dot for less than eight hours of work, no dot means no work is scheduled.
To record work schedule for a particular day, click the day on the calendar, then the "Edit" button. A page with 48 half-hour slots slides in. Click the work type button, then tap the start time, swipe down the screen to pick the end time. The work is color-coded. For example, orange for office work, blue for floor work, green for gardening. To change the name of work types, go to settings.
To make changes, click the desired work type (say, office), start time, swipe down the screen and pick an end time. Any work (such as floor, gardening) assigned within this period will be over-written and updated for this task (office). Its all about clicking and swiping, designed to make you breeze through the chore.
When done, click the report tab for a summary. Again, you could go to the home page to see an overview of the entire month.
